This famous tune by Jelly Roll Morton was originally written in 1924 when ragtime music began incorporating early Dixieland and jazz forms. The first two strains in this arrangement relate to the former, while the others relate to the latter. The tempo is brisk, and ad lib solos are available for all. Scored for soprano, alto, tenor and baritone and require grade 4 players.
