This easy level swing excursion was commissioned by the School District 45 Jazz Band in Villa Park (IL). It serves equally well as a concert opener or closer, and will teach and/or reinforce basic swing rhythms every jazz musician should know. The easy-to-hear solo changes will give students the opportunity to work on improvisational skills. As with all First Edition charts, this piece can be played by 12-17 players. Duration 2:45.
