Born: March 8, 1924
Well-known composer and arranger with over 500 of educational music publications to his credit, Conley earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from Central Michigan University and Michigan State University.
Following a 28-year career teaching middle/high school music in Michigan, he now devotes much of his time to writing for student performing groups in all major categories.
